These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking of tourist accommodation for short-term rentals, pursuant to Article 4 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 50/2017 and the regional regulations of the Lombardy Region concerning tourist rentals.
The booking shall be deemed concluded at the moment when Tirano Living sends written confirmation and receives the agreed payment, either in full or in part, as specified at the time of booking.
The accommodation may be occupied exclusively by the number of guests indicated at the time of booking, in compliance with public security regulations. Guests undertake to provide truthful and complete information. Subletting or use of the accommodation for purposes other than tourism is strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for the proper and diligent use of the accommodation. Any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment shall be charged to the guest. Tirano Living shall not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left unattended inside the accommodation, nor for service interruptions not directly attributable to the property (such as electricity or internet outages).
The property accepts minors, who remain under the full responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults for the entire duration of the stay. Pets are allowed upon request only. In the absence of written authorization, pets are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
Guests are required to respect quiet hours and rules of good conduct. It is strictly forbidden to organize parties, events, receptions, or any activities that may disturb public peace or cause damage to the property. Any violation of this rule may result in the immediate termination of the stay without any right to a refund, the retention of the security deposit (if applicable), and the possible request for compensation for damages.
Check-in at the property is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Any requests for check-in or check-out outside these hours must be agreed in advance.
This contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Sondrio, unless otherwise provided by mandatory law.
